Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at contato@udra.com.br. We will assess the situation and provide repair or replacement as needed.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted before production starts. Once production has begun, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
